    BOOKINGS

    • Bookings may only be made if you are over 18 years.
    • Website bookings are made via the SMARTres system and requires a 10% deposit.
    • Balance of payment required upon arrival.
    • Rates are in NZ$ and include GST (NZ goods and services tax).
    • Proof of Booking and/or ID will be required on arrival.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date (2pm) will incur NO charge.
    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to arrive, may incur an administration fee equivalent to 100% of the booked accommodation. This includes cancellation of nights after arrival.
    • Changes / extensions are subject to availability and early departure will incur the full tariff.

    NOTES

    • Check in is from 2 PM and check out is 10 AM - these times may be negotiated if required.
    • We thank you for not smoking inside your room.
    • You have use of your own private outdoor seating area, and you are welcome to enjoy the Cork & Keg bar and restaurant just steps away.
